How do I register a QI project?

We register our QI projects at C&I on a system called Life QI. This is web platform that helps you organise and track all your improvement work in one place, used by healthcare organisations around the world.

If you would like to start a QI project, the team can help you get started and register your project on the system. Just download our registration form and submit it to the team and someone will be in touch to discuss further.

How do I get involved in QI?

If you are interested in getting involved in a QI project, get in touch with the team and we can help link you up with any existing projects in your service.

I've got an idea but I don't know where to start 

Do you have a quality issue or improvement idea in your service but you're not sure if a QI project is the way to go, or how to get started? The team is always happy to talk through an issue or idea and help you explore how best to take this forward. Not every issue or idea needs QI methodology or a full project, and we can help you
