The role of a QI Coach:

• Help engage people and teams in QI
• Support project teams understand and use QI tools and methodology
• Become part of our growing QI network
• Receive mentoring from the QI team and have the opportunity to join Trust-wide support sessions
• Providing QI coaching to projects in your division, supporting local teams to use a QI approach for making changes

Those apply to be a QI Coach need line manager support for protected time to coach QI projects alongside their normal role.
