
QI Foundations Training
These are either a 2 x half day sessions or one full-day session and is an excellent opportunity to give you the tools and support you need to take forward an improvement idea or to solve a problem. Modules are open to all staff, and can be attended in any order.
An intro to QI methodology and tools will consist of:
- The Model for Improvement and PDSA testing
- Collaboration and co-production
- Understanding the problem
- Developing SMART aims and Driver Diagrams
- Measurement for Improvement
- Implementing and sustaining your ideas.
We welcome all those interested in enhancing their knowledge and skills. It will be an interactive and informative session, providing valuable insights and practical tools that you can apply in your daily work.
In order to book a member of staff onto the QI Foundations Training for 2025 sessions, the below online form needs to be completed. Once the online form has been completed, a formal Microsoft Teams Meeting invite will be sent across for the relevant training sessions.
